Secrets of the Master CD - Audio Mastering

The mastering process is complex to explain, but basically what it does is:

• Equalization, to clarify, to correct the consistency or monitoring.
• Increased volume for leaving the material at competitive levels and to maximize the capacity of a CD.
• Issues, if required.
• Clean both the inputs of each song, and the output, with their respective Fade In and Fade Out.
• Noise reduction if the material requires it.
• Assembling the album, the songs available.
• Printed guidelines for data duplication, PQ, ISRC, etc..
• Three CD Master Audio.

02 Requirements

The audio to be mastered, must come under the following conditions:

• CD Rom or DVD Rom.
• The files must go in the same sample rate that was mixed. May be this 44.1 / 48/96/192 Khz. Just as your Bit Depth. 16/24.
• Archives. L and. R apart.
• The final names of the songs.
• The final order of the songs. Once mixed the material, do not do any conversion, as there are processes that impair the final quality.
